Website Strategy & Launch
The Diocese of Allentown covers five counties in eastern Pennsylvania and serves an increasingly diverse population. The diocese wanted to reassess its web presence in light of the current needs and integrate new technology that would improve the website’s functionality and outreach. We helped the diocese organize their new website around the needs and expectations of site visitors instead of the internal organizational structure of the diocese. We designed and built the site using a content management system that would make it easy for diocesan staff to post news and events or update other content themselves. Features included a searchable Parish/School locator, news feeds, embedded videos, and a secure members-only section for parishes and administrative staff.
