Identity-building services for new and growing organizations

Graves Fowler has developed Mission Made Possible™ especially for emerging organizations with limited resources. It’s also appropriate for launching new programs or campaigns within established organizations. Mission Made Possible has a proven process that assesses where you are and where you want to go, maps out a plan to get there and delivers the tools to make it happen.

We’ll help you reach for the stars, but keep your feet on the ground!

three steps to launch:

1.  Assess and Plan

  • meet with key stakeholders to evaluate current positioning, perceptions and vision
  • review your organization’s past and current communications
  • research organizations that attract similar constituents and contributors
  • present all findings with specific recommendations for the communications that will best match your mission and audience

    Deliverable: A Plan of Action

2. Design and Develop        

  • create an identity to support the Plan (updating existing logo or creating
    a new solution)
  • organize logo files on CD for all print and online needs with easy-to-follow guidelines for usage
  • design a stationery package: letterhead, envelope, mailing label and business cards

    Deliverables: Logo design, complete set of digital files, style guidelines, stationery package design

Please note: cost to print stationery package is not included

C. Evaluate and Support         

  • provide ongoing support for six months after launch to answer questions about implementing the Plan
  • meet at the end of six months to evaluate accomplishments, make adjustments and plan next steps

    Deliverables: Telephone/email consultations, final evaluation

Mission Made Possible II will provide you with a kit of communication tools that will help you put the Plan of Action into effect. It includes designs for print and online communications that will build your visibility and strengthen your messaging.

the tool kit includes

  • 4” x 9” panel brochure, written, designed and ready for printing
  • written instructions for print vendor
  • Web site home page and subpage template designs
  • eNewsletter template and guidance on distribution
  • email signature guidelines

All of the tools are delivered to you in formats that your own printer or Web site consultant can use, if you plan to manage the production yourself. Alternately, you can engage Graves Fowler to handle printing and Web site development. See “Additional Services” below.

If needed, Graves Fowler is happy to provide you with additional services to complete your identity-building process. Costs for this work will be quoted on an as needed basis.
