I just received a link to a Forbes article about how women are becoming change makers in the video game industry. Did you know that today 38% of console gamers and 43% of PC gamers are women? That stat came from Phaedra Boinidiris of IBM’s Serious Games Group.
Are women flocking Mafia Wars or Battlefield Heroes in these numbers? Nope. Try Wii Fit or other games that improve fitness, or training simulations that require brainstorming and collaboration skills. Thanks, ladies, you make me proud!
